Hélène Cazemajou is a 10 years experienced pastry chef. She did some of her classes at l'Arpège restaurant in Paris then left France to work at the Ritz Carlton of Orlando after a year as a J-1 Visa she went back to France where she start working at the Plaza-Athénée where she learned from the bests and also with Christophe Michalak. Her last job before she came here was as a pastry chef at the restaurant champeaux in Paris. Find her on Facebook
